Kualifikasi :
As a Group Leader, you have key responsibilities to :

- Oversee temperature control systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with SOPs
- Manage and mentor the temperature control team to promote a culture of safety and continous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance temperature control efficiency and product quality
Requirements :
- Proven ability to lead team
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminium smelting or a similar industrial environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Diploma in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of temperature control systems and processes in metalurgical operations
- Shift work, including nights and weekends and willing to be placed in North Kalimantan with Roster
