Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Admin Operation Support

Requirements :

1. Have administration and operational experience in FnB
2. Have good communication skills
3. Have analytical skills and administrative assistance ability
4. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

• Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)

Requirements :

1. Educational background : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for cross functional collaboration, especialy with R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams
3. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
4. Experience : Minimum of 1 years in PPIC, Inventory management, procurement
5. Placement Pluit, Jakarta Utara (Headquarter)

Job Description :

1. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, sub-supplies, and other essential items at the warehouse and hub locations
2. Demand Forecasting; Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts to anticipate inventory
3. Work closely with the roastery team to ensure a steady supply of coffee beans and packaging materials, minimizing disruptions
4. Track and analyze inventory data, lead times, and consumtion patterns

• Regional Marketing Supervisor

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum 1-2 years experince in retail or marketing
2. Bachelor’s degree in bachelor degree in any discipline
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools
4. Familiar with product display food and beverages
5. Ready to business trip if needed
6. Willing to be placed on Pluit North Jakarta

• Production Planning an dINventory Control (PPIC)

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum 1 year expeience in PPIC, inventory management and procurement
2. Strong analytical skills and able to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and manage both strategic and operational tasks
3. Bachelor’s degree in Suply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
4. Willing to be placed on Pluit North Jakarta or Tangerang

Job Descriptions :

1. Monitoring and maintain optimal inventory levels for a raw materials, packaging, sub-supplies, and other essential items at the warehouse and hub locations
2. Work closely with the roastery team to ensure a steady supply of coffee beans and packaging materials
3. Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams to support launches, promotions, and seasonal menu changes
4. Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts to anticipate inventory needs and adjust ordering shedules
5. Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) and collaborate with the purchasing team
